Students Satisfaction on Institutional Enrollment Efficiency
Published in September 2026 (Vol 1, Issue 1, 2026)
This undergraduate thesis investigated the impact of student satisfaction on enhancing the efficiency of the enrollment process at St. Peter's College, Iligan City. As students themselves, the researchers were motivated by similar experiences of delays, unclear instructions, and digital system issues during enrollment, and sought to investigate whether the process could be streamlined to enhance satisfaction. A quantitative-correlational research design was employed in the study, utilizing data from a total of 348 students at St. Peter's College. It involved a survey using the SERVQUAL and E-SERVQUAL models, as well as usability frameworks for digital platforms, such as the school's online enrollment system. The results of the study suggested that staff support and system accessibility were the prime predictors of enrollment success. Satisfied students secure quicker, more accurate processes and fewer complaints. The researchers will thus be guiding the school in making targeted changes. An action plan was proposed to provide them with ideas about where changes could be made, based on the students' experiences and needs. Overall, the study emphasized the importance of student feedback when refining institutional systems. Institutions must prioritize staff support and system accessibility to enhance enrollment efficiency while maintaining student satisfaction.
